The Sandra L. Fair Healthcare Center provides residents with focused and extensive care based on their individual needs. Beginning in October of 2017, Plum Court Rehab was established as a specific wing in the skilled nursing facility designated for short term rehabilitation. Available to anyone, residents and non-residents recovering from a recent hospital stay, due to injury or illness such as a stroke, knee replacement, or other ailment, Plum Court is focused on getting you back on your feet!

We know you enjoy your independence, that’s why our goal is to get you back to your lifestyle as soon as possible. Medicare approved, our staff provides compassionate and encouraging care, while our therapy group, Functional Pathways, helps you through Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Pathology Therapy.
