Giving Back

Homewood at Plum Creek is part of the Homewood Retirement Communities non-profit family. As a 501 (C) 3 organization, tax deductible gifts can make an impact on the entire Homewood family. Every gift helps Homewood fulfill our mission of providing compassionate, professional, and caring services, while enhancing the quality of life for residents.

When residents, family members, and/or friends of Homewood desire to give back, the Homewood Foundation partners with them to ensure their gift is fulfilling their desire and providing the maximum tax benefit. There are three primary areas of opportunity for giving: benevolent care, capital enhancements, and special projects and activities that benefit residents like the Resident Life Enrichment Endowment Fund (RLEEF). RLEEF provides annual income to Homewood’s five campuses for enhanced programming opportunities that differentiate Homewood from the competition.

Another way to give back is through support of the Homewood at Plum Creek Auxiliary. This amazing volunteer organization funds many of the equipment needs on our campus. They also provide therapeutic activities, enhanced care, and their presence helps to enrich the living environment for all Plum Creek residents.

While financial support through the Foundation and/or Auxiliary are always appreciated, giving of your time through volunteering also is a wonderful opportunity to give back.
