Care Central
Our 48 bed, skilled nursing unit offers 24-hour care, assisting with daily living activities, housekeeping, laundry, meals, pastoral care, and activities geared towards the level of care needed for each individual, to stimulate motor functioning and cognitive exercise. Providing supportive and restorative care to the emotional, physical, and social needs of each resident, our qualified and caring personnel focuses on Homewood’s mission statement to provide quality care to all residents.
Care South/Memory Care
Focusing on the specific needs of each individual, Care South offers a safe, secure, 60 bed unit that incorporates activities specifically for those with neurocognitive disabilities, such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. Within a comforting environment, each resident receives care and focus that is unique to their needs. Offering support and education, Homewood at Plum Creek is here for both residents and family members in order to enhance a resident’s lifestyle through intensive nursing care and providing support for families.
Respite Care
Homewood at Plum Creek offers respite care for families who need temporary support services for a loved one. Offered in Personal Care and Skilled Nursing, families can be reassured knowing their loved one is being watched over in a compassionate and caring environment.
